Hi everyone, I was working on a prototype for a procedural roguelite platformer. What do you think? Should I keep going?

@NewlyDevEngine in GameMaker, I use surfaces, which basically let you render anything onto them. This allows me to draw the walls and then render the blood over them. It's the same technique I use for blood splatters, debris, and shell casings on the ground.
@Lio_Dev5 it's based on a few simple conditions. If it has line of sight to the player, it rolls a chance to shoot. Otherwise, it either moves toward the player or wanders around randomly. It still needs some improvement, but that's basically how it works.

@WeVennStudios i have to admit, I didn't expect this level of engagement with my game, it's been amazing.
i'm making a fast-paced shooter inspired by Post Void, with the gameplay of Hotline Miami.
