"Wow! What a song. Nice vocals and the lyrics are fantastic. And really cool deep atmospheric vibe. I like the detailed sound design. Great work man! That song touches my soul. Gets me goosebumps and tears. No joke."

@AskPayPal thanks for your direct reply. it's obviously not your fault! my main issue is that the phone system expressly says "sorry, wait-times, COVID" and then **hangs up** ... call dropped within a couple of minutes, which is either a bug or suggests there's literally no-one on call
.@PayPalUK as far as I can tell, you're using COVID as an excuse for terminating all inbound support enquiries. This is frankly disgraceful. What is the actual route to getting to a human at this point?
Tristan Van Berkom will be delivering a talk on Buildstream during @fossasia at 11:50am local time on Friday 15th March. The talk will talk place in the Theatre Lounge. See the url below for more information!

I bought a full Freedrum set from @freedrumrocks a few weeks ago. Not happy with it at all, have been attempting to return it since the day it arrived. No reply from support... am starting to wonder if the company is still functioning...
The old question was “FOSS vs proprietary software”; what won (and in 2001 I didn’t expect this at all) was “80% FOSS with proprietary/SaaS on top”; one new question is how we get the 80% to be more reliable and sustainable and equitable.
Moronic approach to customer service by @HiltonHotels - book a room, pay for it... when I arrive at midnight I'm told hotel is full, "system is overbooked". You took the money, then double-sold what I paid for, leaving me with nowhere to sleep. Goodbye forever.
TCP/IP vulnerabilities in #FreeRTOS

make me wonder if the SafeRTOS folks at @WITTENSTEIN_HIS can demonstrate that SafeRTOS does *not* have these vulnerabilities? Could be a great reference case for your processes imo
