Update on submissions:

if you hit an error today, that was on us.Phantom showed "Unexpected error" at sign-in, because our sign-in message tripped its safety checks

A retry after any error could drop your icon and say "An image is required"

Both are fixed and live.

okay, found the fix. pushing now, submissions should be open public here in about 5 minutes, we were having issues with images and wallet connections :(

An apology: if you tried to submit a project to https://t.co/plzbPXuAoq and it failed, that was on us.

Uploads over 1 MB were rejected by a server limit, and bigger files hit our host's 4.5 MB cap with an unclear error. We then paused submissions while we fixed launches. 1/3

What we fixed:

Uploads: icons up to 2 MB, banners up to 1.5 MB, and a clear message if a file is too big
Every launch, claim and config transaction now pays a priority fee and resends until it lands. A busy network had been dropping them
