@TechyPathshala Similar incident happened to me as well for One Plus 10 Pro and they are offering the same 30% discount to replace dead mother board. Kind of unacceptable especially when you have done nothing wrong.

This issue is worsening every day. I can’t show you all the customer feedback right now, but honestly, OnePlus took great action on the green line issue. However, what they’ve done with the motherboard is unbelievable. They’re offering a mere 30% discount to customers, even though none of this is their fault. People are innocently updating their devices, thinking it’s a normal update, but then facing these serious problems.
Seeing all this, I’m making an appeal video, hoping OnePlus notices and provides a real solution. If you’ve faced similar issues or have any doubts, feel free to DM or contact me.

@Toyota_India@Toyota_India the issue is still not resolved I got a call from the customer executive and they asked me to wait for 24 hours but now it seems more than that. Overall we are at the same stage as where we started. Not sure how to proceed further!
@ToyotaIndia we have booked Toyota Crysta Diesal variant by 3rd week of July 2022 and we r not able to get any updates on d expected delivery for the vehicle neither from dealer nor from Toyota Customer support after calling them for 10 or more times.

Besides of calls I have also trying to follow up on the support email but no response at all not even a single confirmation for acknowledgement that they have recieved the request and is under process.
