If you live in Ireland, stop using these airlines, although the airlines are good, their baggage partner swissport @SwissportBags will ruin your days post arrival.

@SwissportBags Please start hiring good employees at swissport helpdesk, we are at Dublin Airport and the lady at the helpdesk asks us to come tomorrow again.. Amazing service.. I can suggest hiring kids from schools. They can do a better job!

@SwissportBags and @lufthansa have still not updated us about the missing baggage. We are waiting since 22 days now. I have some important medicines in there and due to this my health is deteriorating. Avoid travelling by @lufthansa guys.

I recently booked flight tickets via @travolook and had to cancel flights due to an emergency! The company keeps on telling that the amount would be refunded within a week’s time every time I call them. This is a fraud company. They don’t refund the money. @jagograhakjago
