Delhi: On the Supreme Court hearing on Delhi SIR, Advocate Sunil Kumar says, "A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) concerning Form 6 was filed today on behalf of Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee President Devender Yadav and Booth Management Chairman Rajesh Garg, and the Supreme Court has issued a notice on it. Following this, in the ongoing case related to SIR, the Supreme Court today asked the Election Commission to adopt a more flexible approach."

नेता प्रतिपक्ष श्री @RahulGandhi ने आज दिल्ली के त्रिलोकपुरी में SIR के मुद्दे पर जन सुनवाई कार्यक्रम में भाग लिया।

त्रिलोकपुरी में महज़ चार बूथ में ही 416 वोट काट दिए गए। राहुल गांधी जी ने उन सभी लोगों से मुलाक़ात की जिनका वोट काट दिया गया, जिनका सबसे मूल अधिकार छीन लिया गया।

जब तक ज्ञानेश कुमार का इस्तीफ़ा नहीं हो जाता, जब तक सबका अधिकार वापस नहीं मिल जाता, हमारा संघर्ष जारी रहेगा।

आगामी 1 नवंबर को दिल्ली के रामलीला मैदान में होने वाली महारैली में दस लाख से भी अधिक लोग शामिल होने जा रहे हैं।

इस महारैली को व्यापारी वर्ग सहित समाज के हर वर्ग का व्यापक समर्थन प्राप्त है।

जो लोग भ्रांतियाँ फैलाने और जनता को गुमराह करने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं, वे जान लें कि उनके मंसूबे कभी सफल नहीं होंगे।

How many permissions will you deny, Mr. Amit Shah? How many people will you stop?

21 parties of the INDIA bloc had planned a Public Impeachment of Gyanesh Kumar as a curtain raiser to the Nov 1st Mega Rally and March - first at Hotel Ashoka, where permission was denied, and then at Ramleela Maidan, where despite already having all the requisite permissions, Delhi Police stopped us from doing the set up for the event.

First they destroy the electoral system, and now they are trying all kinds of tricks to silence those who fight to save our democracy.

Let it be very clear, come what may, we will not rest until Modi-Shah's puppet Gyanesh Kumar is not removed. If they stop us here, we will go to Amit Shah's house, PM Modi's house, and stage a massive dharna there.

But we will fight to the finish, and until our mission is accomplished.

⦿ But we are not going to succumb to their pressure. The government is suppressing the views of the common people and political parties.

⦿ On one side, genuine voters are being removed from the voter list. On the other, those protesting to protect democratic rights are being stopped.
