I've been using Grok as well as ChatGPT a lot as research assistants.

I'm afraid the former is damn near as woke as the latter. This must be a consequence of its training corpus, since I think we can rely on @elonmusk (unlike OpenAI) not to lay an overlay of virtue-signaling philosophical idiocy over his products.

Grok, much like ChatGPT, relies constantly on radically left-leaning explanations, say, of the poverty of the Islamic world, attributing that to the exploitation of the West, instead of to the utter shameless corruption of those states. It appears to implicitly accept the doctrine that poverty causes corruption, which is a falsehood (else all poor people would be criminal) rather than the reverse, which is demonstrably and fundamentally true.

Perhaps the modern corpus of academic text upon which these AI systems is trained is so saturated by the pathologies of the woke mob (as recently illustrated ty the presidents of Harvard, UPenn, MIT) that the LLM's we will increasingly be dependent upon to screen our information are irrevocably corrupt. If so, God help us, because they're here and we made them.
