I’ve been building something for a few months to tackle a problem that’s huge in Brazil: most people don’t have a habit of saving money.

How many actually save regularly? Some recent surveys:
Atlas/Bloomberg: 16%
Nexus: 15%
Serasa: 13%

That’s exactly what @safepoolapp is built to solve.

For 4 months I ran an MVP with a simple WhatsApp group of people who had never saved a cent of what they earned but wanted to start, beginning with R$10 a week, then R$15 and now R$20. The plan was to run it for a month, but they liked it so much and saw the benefit so clearly that they asked me to keep going, and they’re still at it btw lol.

The funny thing is that nobody cared about yield or getting the best APY, because what they really wanted was to keep that money out of easy reach and have a group holding them accountable!

If you absolutely need low CUs, use Quasar or Anchor v2
