@Meta my account was hacked, emails and password changed. I cannot fix because it requires current password, which hackers changed. How do I get a hold of anyone to resolve this? Deleting email addresses requires password so all attempts lead to dead ends w/ no way to report it

Just witnessed 3 strikes of lightning make contact in S.Seattle within mile of South Park/Boulevard Park. One hit a power cell (blue flashes), one hit a tree top, and the first may have struck an airplane as it was heading into SeaTac that left a fireball burning in the sky !!

Please fix this and take it seriously. I watched the guy pull up, pause then take off, and app said he was there waiting after he was gone. No answer on calls or texts to driver, I'm telling you he figured out a scam. Please refund the forced cancellation fee.

@AskLyft I was scammed by a driver who pulled up to pick up spot and took off immediately. The app said he was there even though he left. I was forced to cancel ride and got charged $5 cancelation fee .. scam !!

I reported it in app, but it determined the pick up happened BUT THE CAR WAS LITERALLY NOT THERE. This was p/u in front of house at 6am no other traffic. I was waiting outside when he pulled up and took off. I texted driver to ask why he left but no reply.
