This is an absolute and outright lie, and any honest editor at @AP would know that.

No one, not a goddamn living soul, and certainly no Israeli I’ve ever met, thinks “any criticism of Israel amounts to anti-Jewish hate speech.”

Ironically, I’ve found that this very thing, the idea that Jews cannot be trusted on antisemitism because they’re always weaponizing it to silence all critics, is a pretty good indicator that if you scratch the surface, there’s a conspiracy theory about Jews knocking around somewhere in the writer’s mind.

It isn’t AP, it’s a larger progressive zeitgeist that says you can’t trust Jews because they’re just too complicit in all the things that are basically ruining the world right now. So everyone else will decide when it’s antisemitism.

That, AP, is antisemitism.
