Oggi siamo davanti ad una “frattura strutturale” Nord-Sud che compromette qualità dei servizi sanitari, equità di accesso, esiti di #salute e aspettativa di vita alla nascita, alimentando un imponente flusso di mobilità sanitaria dal Sud al Nord.
E La legge sull’#autonomiadifferenziata non potrà che amplificare le diseguaglianze già esistenti in #sanità. Anzi, renderà il Mezzogiorno ancora più dipendente dalle ricche Regioni del Nord, che a loro volta rischiano di peggiorare la qualità dell’assistenza per i propri residenti, perché non potranno aumentare in maniera illimitata la produzione di servizi e prestazioni sanitarie a favore dei “migranti della salute”.
Ma oggi è stato dato anche il colpo di grazia al SSN, pilastro della nostra democrazia e strumento di coesione sociale, per un machiavellico “scambio di cortesie” tra le forze politiche di maggioranza.
