What happened to night life in Gibraltar?

Places shut before midnight, full of very young people (probs the right age but I'm old now) and places just empty.

TODAY THERE ARE TWO TORTOISE'S IN THE GARDEN! AND THEY LOOK LIKE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SPECIES... Wtf? Does it rain tortoises now ?!????

During the heavy rains last week I found our tortoise in the patio, usually he lives in the garden. Thought he looked a little weird but as he's been hibernating I didn't think about it much... Put some food out and waited to reintroduce him to the garden 1/2
