Tried it, ran through the whole game in about 3 hours with not a single crash. 60 FPS still needs some work as I had one softlock at the turret section at Kiryu's part but it's still fun to mess around with 🔥

KIRYU-CHAN!!! Yakuza: Dead Souls is now Playable on PC with RPCS3!

Stability issues are now FIXED, thanks to Yahfz.
A 60 FPS patch is now available too, thanks to FlexBy!

The instability occurred because the emulated PPU got ahead of the SPU, corrupting the process heap.

@Pokerocks297 I was seated and so ready for that and I'm not disappointed, loved every second of it 🔥

Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter done. They've went above and beyond from what they've done in the first chapter's remake and outdone themselves even more with this one. Had an amazing time and there was once again so much love put into this! 9.5/10 🔥❤️

[Devilleon7 @devilleon7]

Sounds to me like this is game time

It is time to dive into DIGITAL DEVIL SAGA 🔥 Come in and hang out 👉 https://t.co/5992JGoRqq

Just watched this fan-made RE7 short film adaptation by actor Chandler Riggs. It's only a proof of concept but it proves that some games can absolutely be adapted into movies and be great if they lock in, provided they cut a few corners that aren't too huge. Highly recommend!

@FroobMcGuffin I remember seeing the exact same notice in one or more of my train rides during my time in the UK 🤣

❌ Cancelled Roguelike DLC for Resident Evil 2 Remake With 11 Playable Characters Discovered.

Modder Keff0 found an insane amount of leftover code for a cancelled roguelike DLC with 11 playable characters in the PS4 disc version of RE 2 Remake.

• Leon S. Kennedy
• Claire Redfield
• Ada Wong
• HUNK
• Brian Irons
• Marvin Branagh
• Katherine Warren
• Robert Kendo
• Ben Bertolucci
• Annette Birkin
• Chris Redfield (RE 7 model)

🚬 Chris Redfield's RE7 model was previously found in the game files, but nobody knew why it was there. This discovery now explains why the model was in the game files. He was part of the roguelike's playable roster.

The mode was about choosing one of 11 characters, each with five different loadouts containing weapons, ammo and items.

🏃‍♂️‍➡️ Each run was supposed to start in the Base Area, a hub with a shop. Players would then explore the R.P.D. in short, medium or long runs. Items would be randomly placed in rooms, and warp gates would connect different areas (like in RE9 Leon Must Die Forever).

After each run, players could return to the hub to sell items, buy upgrades and start again.

🆙 The mode also had a leveling system from 1 to 50. Players could buy levels in the shop using points. Enemies had their own levels assigned when they spawned. Zombies that were too high-level for the player would stop flinching from handgun, shotgun and magnum shots. Only bosses would give XP.

The mode used a currency called Rogue Points (RP). The shop offered healing items, ammo, gunpowder, weapon parts, modification kits, recovery capsules, level-ups and inventory and item box expansions.

There was also a lives counter, a continue option and a results screen. 🔥

The Ghost Survivors DLC was originally supposed to be this roguelike mode before being changed into the version we received.

@Shayninja25 That'd be crazy because I still love the game all things considered 😭

[Devilleon7 @devilleon7]

Still working my way through the SMT games but this is where I'm currently at

[Devilleon7 @devilleon7]

@ceosultan1 Story and characters are on the weak side too but on the other hand I still think Demi-Fiend is the best looking protag and Nocturne has some of my favorite tracks in the series so far. I also really like Nocturne's creepy ambiance especially in certain locations.

[Devilleon7 @devilleon7]

@ceosultan1 I appreciate the question! I adore the game but I really really wanted to love it more because I was introduced to Demi-Fiend in V and wanted to see his game after his amazing fight. I wish the remaster implemented more QoL and features that made certain aspects less tedious 1/2

@ShinJoestar86 I am yeah but I heard horror stories about the og strange journey

[Devilleon7 @devilleon7]

@lofi_lover0930 WHAT. This came out of absolutely nowhere but I'm so on board!

[Devilleon7 @devilleon7]

@GungHo_America @GoldenJoysticks If this doesn't win there's no justice in the world 😔

[Devilleon7 @devilleon7]

Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter's photo mode is one of the best I've seen

[Devilleon7 @devilleon7]

@YoshidaShoyou You love to see it man ❤️🤣

Ended up doing a short video discussing the recent Resident Evil movie by Zach Cregger. Just giving my two cents on it as a longtime Resident Evil fan. Link below!

[Devilleon7 @devilleon7]

@Elder_AU I haven't seen the leaked script so I can't say 💔

[Devilleon7 @devilleon7]

The movie was a solid 7.5 or 8 out of 10. It has good atmosphere and body horror but it did not feel like Resident Evil. Also feel like they overdid it a tad with the humor aspect. Might make a video talking about it some more.

About to head into the new Resident Evil movie, let's see what it's got
