My brother visited @HDFCBank_Cares@HDFC_Bank at garhwa to open a normal savings account, but staff said ₹5,000 deposit + ₹10,000 FD is compulsory for account opening. Kindly clarify whether FD is mandatory as per bank policy or if customers are being forced for sales targets

My claim (MOT17477857) was only partially approved, while genuine accident damage was rejected as “old” without any proof.
This is disappointing and unfair service.
