A lot of us are affected and we are getting no response from Air India on the refund.

@Rehlat I booked tkt through you @airindiain. I couldn't get my 2 way AI tkt refund even after sending "n" no.of mails to both parties. AI tells tat @Rehlat is responsible for the process,. So I urge u to expedite the refund at the earliest for e ticket number-, 098 3374 681939

@sakshipendru @airindiain . @airindiain Please also check the many refunds you have still not processed . People are waiting since 10 months for a refund and there is no reply from your customer care or you on this regard. @HardeepSPuri @PMOIndia Please put a step forward and help out people here

But agency is saying still they haven't got any refund
It's been already 4 months

@aruntonic @airindiain It's been almost 4 months now and @airindiain has to still refund my money for an international flight they cancelled. They claim that the refund has been processed but I have not received any money in my bank account.
