No matter where we go, or how many people come to try and connect with us, we are never getting rid of our emotional support flip-chart ❤️❤️plus it cost us 40 quid so we need to get our money’s worth
NSDF 22 may be over but I absolutely cannot stop thinking about my two fave shows of the week - MEG AND JOE ARE TRYING TO CONNECT by @devilwearsdada1 & RESERVATION by @box_of_frogsTC <3 Some of the best and most hilarious theatre I have seen in a long while! #PissOnPity
MEG AND JOE ARE TRYING TO CONNECT by @devilwearsdada1 is unquestionably one of the most enjoyable nights of theatre I’ve ever had.
It’s simple but intelligent, ecstatically playful and it was a joy to be in the company of two of the most endearing performers I’ve seen on stage!
We are overjoyed that Trying to Connect has created a space were people feel they can be authentic, comfortable and have fun, thank you so much @babyleafsaladd ❤️🎈
Now for one I really enjoyed seeing: @devilwearsdada1 brought ‘Meg and Joe are trying to connect’ to the Curve, and it was just a GREAT time. These two are natural comedians and there were some clever moments of scripting and theatricality to hold it up. Plus: party hats. Love.
