Extremely exhausting to deal with the AA reps, it’s clear they don’t give a sh@*- they just kept passing blame. Spent hours on the phone for 2 days. Just wanted to get home to my kids. inconvenienced not just once, but twice and I had to pay for it- emotionally and financially
@vrbo well after a number of years of my family using #vrbo we are saying goodbye. Doesn’t take ownership and stole money from us and said sorry and wouldn’t refund. Peace out! Done with countless calls and messages. You guys suck! you lost our entire squad as customers!
@KGinVa1@vrbo Same happened to me. Yet I never got to book, the app said the house wasn’t available so I booked something else. Woke up next morning and my card was charged for the house that wasn’t available. They will not refund me even after I showed proof. Never again will I use VRBO again

@vrbo received this when tried to book and was charged anyway. I want my refund. This is gross how you acknowledge you had a site issue and received other calls. Refund our money since you said the house wasnt available. I’m sick of calling and emailing asking for our money back
#VRBO when can we expect our money back?! the property manager is a snake for accepting funds after seeing we tried to book her house and site said its not available. we got charged anyway and we had already booked another property.

@homeaway#vrbo apparently this company doesn’t see this being an error message - screenshot below of error message 🤦🏻♀️ Just want our money back for a house you said wasn’t available and took it upon yourself to “confirm” a booking that you said wasn’t avail. Not that hard!
@aimme0725@vrbo I cannot believe a company of this caliber treats people this way. this was an error on their site, even the VRBO rep i spoke to confirmed this was a site issue. Yet we are the ones paying for it- literally!
#vrbo Tried to book a home and immed after clicking submit I received a pop up stating “this house you selected is not available for the dates, please choose another.” Booked another house and then got charged for for original house plus now the house I booked. They won’t refund
