Today we remember.
On September 11, 2001, nearly 3,000 innocent lives were taken in a single act of terror. In the days, months, and years that followed, Americans stood united in grief, resilience, and resolve.
We honor the victims, their families, and the countless first responders who ran toward danger. We also remember the service members who answered the nation’s call in the years that followed, carrying the fight forward.
We will never forget. Semper Fidelis.

How about you just release the records as promised and go focus on stuff that matters?
We don't need taxpayer-funded field trips to Dallas for congressional members.
Happy Birthday, Marines!
Today, we celebrate 249 years of unmatched courage, unwavering dedication, and a legacy of service that has shaped our nation’s history.
Your tax dollars are being wasted to a degree that is hard to comprehend.
An aircraft carrier costs $13 billion. America could have bought a new navy to better defend the country, upgraded our highways or any one of a number of great things.
Instead, we got fraud.
Every time an immigrant/refugee/migrant commits a crime against the citizenry of its host nation, everyone involved in their importation should be punished as if they did the crime themselves.
The reason California spends $24 billion on homelessness only to have the problem get worse is the same reason we pay the highest gas taxes yet drive over the deepest potholes: our government is broken. And Californians have had enough.
We need to get back to basics: Build our roads. Store our water. Manage our forests. Secure our border. Fund our police.
Do the things government is supposed to do, do them well, and do nothing else.
The most arrogant, self-absorbed, clueless and angry loser ever. Never held a real job. Lifetime political hack.
Joe Biden is the epitome of what so many Americans despise about politicians.
I’m honored by the influx of endorsement requests. But let’s be honest, most endorsements are meaningless, so here’s what we’re doing: any candidate whom I endorse in this cycle will make a *hard commitment* to the following principles.
1. The people we elect to run government should actually run the government.
a. Favor 75% headcount reduction of federal & state bureaucrats.
b. If it’s state action in disguise, the Constitution still applies: The U.S. government cannot use private companies to do through the back door what government could not get done through the front door under the law.
c. Shut down irreparable government agencies.
2. The first & only moral duty of U.S. leaders is to U.S. citizens.
a. Homeland defense should be the top priority of all national defense spending.
b. End foreign aid to any country whose national debt per citizen is less than ours & defund international institutions hostile to U.S. sovereignty.
c. Require disclosure of dual citizenship for all public officials to expose any conflicts of interest.
3. Public service is about serving the public, not oneself.
a. End trading of individual stocks by members of Congress and bureaucrats.
b. 10-year ban on lobbying for politicians and bureaucrats. Ban corporate board memberships for entities they regulated.
c. 8-year term limits for elected officials and bureaucrats.
4. The absence of national pride is an existential threat to our nation’s future — we must fill that void.
a. Every high school senior should be able to pass the same civics test that every immigrant must pass to become a voting citizen in this country.
b. Veterans’ benefits and military compensation should be tax-free.
c. Shut down the Department of Education & put that money back into parents’ pockets to empower educational choice.
We need term limits for members of Congress. Florida has already certified a proposed amendment under Article V of the Constitution and other states are poised to follow suit.
At the invitation of the U.S. Term Limits organization, I traveled today to encourage other state legislators to follow Florida's lead and pass a resolution to call for a constitutional amendment for congressional term limits.
We will never turn our country around if we don't change the incentives in DC.
Term limits are supported by huge majorities of Americans -- it's time to make it happen!
