Travelling today from Hyd to Del,6E 2063 of @IndiGo6E & horrific time.

After de-boarding the flight, took the bus to the terminal from the plane. The bus was overcrowded with no place to stand, still they kept loading people.

Upon reaching the terminal, driver opened the bus gates without any intimation and the gates folded, trapping me in between. Kept shouting for help, but the driver took 5 minutes to close the gates again. No one helped except 1 guy who tried to pull apart the gates.
