@EurekaForbes called for servicing and a technician came, changed some parts, charged an amount to his personal account, provided no bill. Told us we'd get a bill by email/WhatsApp. The package containing the new parts had the price scratched out. No response from service centre

Day 19: Our father, his aunt and uncle (all 60+) are still stuck in Sudan. They are at port sudan and have been denied transit due to being OCI card holders. When will they come home!?
We are getting no answer from the government!

I understand OCIs don't have priority but really thought that @EoI_Khartoum would prioritise proof of age and serious health conditions. You like to tell the world that you evacuate non-Indians too, well why is my father, still stuck?

I have tried 1) media interviews 2)social media 3) tapping into every single contact and the only thing we hear is "Ho jayega Aaj kal mein." All I hear from MEA control room "helpline" is "OK we will see."
