The weekly food packages contain carefully selected, nutrient-dense items including pulses, fresh fruits, and protein-rich foods, with a special focus on iron-rich ingredients. This comprehensive nutritional support continues for several months after delivery to promote maternal recovery and sustained wellbeing.

Our program aims to support healthy fetal development, targeting an optimal birth weight of 2.5-3.5 kg, while ensuring both mother and child maintain robust health throughout the pregnancy journey and beyond.
