@kyogg123 Yeah I thought the same. His tackling is awful as well, misses more than he makes.
Might just be me, but I don't feel any connection with this team. Genuinely think it needs a full rebuild, similar to 2023
@ChrisWaterworth@danny_mulcrow Oh yeah I know that's what the club say but barring Niu, Liu and Trout and maybe Mulhern who would else would be on £100,000 + a year?
You compare our squad to KR, they have far better depth than we do on the same salary cap.
@ChrisWaterworth@danny_mulcrow I don't think we're up to cap. Yes we have marquee players but they only count the first £150,000 of the salary. So that's £450,000. I would assume Lam, Ipape and Armstrong are the marquee players.
There's no way they spend £1.65 mil on the rest.
@D_L1997@AaronBower Oh I know we are. If you can read, you'd see I replied to his point about Lam. Leigh have been toothless in attack all year, with or without Lam was my point
Shite recruitment and going backwards, I know that
Would have agreed last year, but if you'd watch most Leigh games, Lam has been part of the problem in 2026. Poor last tackle execution every week, with or without Lam. I'd be amazed if we've had 3 repeat sets all year.
Only the second game since Lachlan Lam joined Leigh he has missed. You always wondered how they would cope without him. This was a very, very miserable answer to that question. Hull KR off it tonight and there for the taking tonight but Leigh.. awful
