@TadhgCalbhaigh the government won’t be able to hide behind any excuses, they’ve seen the destruction of other EU countries the last 25 years & still decided to open the borders , have lax citizenship, non deportation of foreign criminals. They have not benefited the country overall cost wise
@EmmanuelMacron This is all EU leaders , looking at other countries problems , critical of other leaders while letting the country they are meant to run suffer. Women, families unsafe to go out , cities burning, stabbings , robberies , cost of living, monuments filty but let's look over there
@keira_con Maybe Thérèse Kayikwamba Wagner can take her people that think Ireland is a racist county back with her on her return flight . She could let them know there are 53 black countries they can head to & be with their own people . South Africa is very open I hear to other Africans 🤥
@rtenews Only a small small minority, loud but small , from poll after poll care about Palestinians. Yet the government again fall over Lefty supporters who wont give them a transfer vote . Why …
@jimbobfrazzled No non nationals should be claim supplementary allowance either . If rules were followed , those unable to support themselves should be returned home .
@DailyMail Well this has happened plenty , they obviously don’t read the Daily Mail they went crying to as this story has been told a good few times with different people all pleading ignorance of the rules.
The fury over a proposed Kirpan ban is a textbook example of what Thomas Sowell meant when he said: “When people get used to preferential treatment, equal treatment seems like discrimination.”
I hadn’t realised this.
Re-Turn is making bin charges more expensive.
Bin companies are losing €15m in revenue from aluminium cans and PET bottles. The cans are worth €800 - €1400 a tonne & bottles €500.
So we are paying twice!
Deposit charge + higher bin charge.
I think we need to start a Boycott.
@GTCost It’s ridiculous, Irelands share to the EU & other stuff is based of leprechaun maths due to GDP because of multinationals , yet here we are are subsiding electricity usage of a couple of hundred per year per household. We’re screwed both ways .
