@AudiUK hi there. Unable to book my car in for a service for over a week as website down. Contacted Brentford today and managed to book an appointment despite some sort of staff party going on the background . Noise horrendous!! Really???

me to enter verification code never materialised….tried it 3 times. Then phoned and was advised wait time 40 minutes!! Really?
