@EasyEquities This is not a good look for your platform. Especially on a highly anticipated Monday. We are seeing reports about commodities and Sasol shares shooting up, and there is nothing we can do but watch.
The reason government programs are so inefficient is that, unlike a commercial company, the feedback loop for improvement is broken, because they have a state-mandated monopoly and can’t go out of business if customers are unhappy.
No matter how bad the service is at your DMV (sorry to pick on DMVs), you still have to use your DMV, because it’s a monopoly.
Dear @FNBSA, these unexpected #eBucks rule changes are completely unacceptable and go against the principles of a rewards program.
Are you seriously changing the rules mid-eBucks year to punish the very same people who jumped through hoops to adhere to your annual rule changes in July?
Stop counting cents and look at the bigger impact of this break in trust you just announced.
Don't just consider those who will leave, but also consider how this damages the trust relationship between you and your customers.

Hi @FNBSA Ad-hoc eBucks rule changes starting Nov 2025 are unacceptable. Long-time Level 5 clients will now be dropped to Level 3. Those locked into 24-month device contracts are hit even harder. Total bait and switch. Please reconsider, or many will be forced to leave. #eBucks
