@fitbit currently has terrible cust service experience. Purchased the Sense which came with Premium for free for trial period. Their systems wouldn't enable cancelation (error message) and phone support systems don't work. It's not the $10, it's the customer service principle.

@Delta app now working sporadically and i took picture of pass but i won’t be depending on app for boarding pass in the future

@Delta my app not working inside Amsterdam airport and I was not able to get to my boarding pass though i checked in in advance I still had to wait in line and do physical checkin. Hopefully make my flight to Boston.
