Flipkart is fooling customers.
I ordered a 2kg bean bag refill (twice) and both times received a packet that weighs only 700 grams.
Even the replacement was the same!
Clear case of misleading product info and careless replacements.

P.s. I am offering to lend money to @JaquarGroup, so that they can hire better Human Resource who actually knows how to handle and resolve issues within a reasonable TAT. Because this way it might sink soon.
@JaquarGroup @BandBajaateRaho we bought wall hung WCs in 2018, of which one of the WC got visible cracks. I lodged a complaint with the customer support on 22 May 2022 for the same, and until today the same has not been resolved. (1/2)
In order to get an update, I have been constantly following up with the customer support team / local sales team, and all I have received are false assurances. This has truly been the worst customer experience I have ever had. #BoycottJaquar (2/2)
