@markandgraham paid extra for the monogram but itโs not centered horizontally and the text slopes down to the right. Came beautifully wrapped but this is disappointing

@AmericanAir is absolutely the worst airline. I think Iโve been on time/made it to my destination less than 50% of the time but due to my location, itโs often my only flight option

Did I mention last time I flew @AmericanAir I had to sleep in the Dallas airport due to broken planes and timed out flight crews? I got an AWESOME $250 credit (so I would have to fly American again....)
Theyโre now delayed almost 3 hours because there was no plane (how is there no @AmericanAir plane in Dallas?) and then the plane they found had a mechanical issue.

Normally a huge @SouthwestAir fan but super disappointed after my cousin had two watches stolen out of a carry on (was forced to gate check due to full flight) & they denied the claim. She noticed the minute we got home & immediately reported. Make this right @SouthwestAir !!!
@SouthwestAir She has already reached out and the response is unacceptable. An employee went into a bag and stole personal property. An answer that โanyone could file a report at any timeโ is not an excuse for not recovering lost property or not reimbursing for property lost
