He says his $28,000 in profits are now gone.

His screenshots show:

→ A dashboard message restricting access to new XFAs due to an active LFA account or an admin restriction

The5ers Terminated the trader Funded Account and holding his Payout After Interview.

This trader completed the evaluation, paid $1,327.86, and received a $100K High Stakes account from The5ers.

After generating a profit and submitting a $1,544 withdrawal request, the firm immediately placed the payout on hold.

Following a required video interview, The5ers permanently terminated the account, citing unspecified account ownership and integrity issues.

The trader states the account was traded independently with no sharing or third-party access.

The firm provided no clear evidence to support its claims, yet still refused to release the payout and confirmed that no portion of the evaluation fee would be refunded once trading had started.

This approach approving a firm collecting the fee, then invoking a vague integrity clause only after a payout is requested allows the firm to keep the money while discarding both the account and the profit.

Traders are left with no transparent process, no detailed findings, and no path to recover what was earned.

@TradingLucid has wrongfully denied a trader $1,000 payout from a $25K LucidFlex account and permanently banned the trader, citing alleged cross-user hedging without providing any clear evidence.

Despite the trader prior successful withdrawals totaling $9,000, the firm issued a final ban based on an unproven accusation, showing a complete lack of transparency and due process.

Traders should not be stripped of earned profits and access through opaque, unsupported decisions.

TradingLucid must provide proper documentation and reverse this unjust action.
