How come we have gotten back control of the Panama Canal, got this great deal in Venezuela but still have gas prices going up higher than ever?
I thought Venezuela had just as much/more oil than the Middle East?
Plus, if AI is correct, we only get 2% of our needed supply through the Strait of Hormuz.
It's like if you are a Bar owner and go through 200 kegs of beer a week and then a supplier of two of those kegs said they can't deliver ever again so you raise your prices 30%?
The smell is off.
I'm sure there will be people that say this and that but it just doesn't make sense. it's always supply and demand, right? That's what we have always been sold.

They find it funny but you have to ask yourself why can't he afford a new laptop? An animator is a good job. Why is he hiring a guy from the Phillipines? Probably because he pays him next to nothing for four fucking years.

Using the @Hi3D_AI app for Mac and tried to generate a Lamp with the lamp plugin and got an error it wouldn't generate. I then tried to generate the lamp with a prompt. Asked me 5 different questions which is ok but took a longtime in between each question. Then it shows 6 steps and burned through a 110 tokens and still didn't get to the second step. i had to delete the app. Terrible first impression.

Side note is I tried the web app and it seemed ok. They had a deal on for the year at $75 so i gave it. Now it seems to have regressed. I am trying what i tried the first few times and they are not as good. The initial model generation is pretty good but the painting sucks and the break apart just doesn't work. Stylized texture was kinda close so passable if just playing around. Which actually brings up what the app is useful for, just playing around.

@VadimStrizheus I think the baddest of computers Mac or PC is a good purchase still. Local AI will be ever more important. OS isn’t gonna be available soon and it will probably never see the capabilities of the Frontier models today.

It’s not that far of a leap to think AI could do some real damage but to me it’s a jump off the tallest of buildings to think it will end humanity.
I mean look at how hard it was for the Terminator!

IOS music no matter what I set it on the music undulates. Up and down it’s so hard to listen to. It’s not just this phone it’s been every iPhone I’ve ever had. I’ve tried every different setting for streaming music. It even does it when I download the songs. I’m a fanboy I have all there products.

Delta has a new home and looking mighty spry!
I did a test print and it prints within a .5 mm of what it’s supposed to be. Everything is low so if I just bump up the flow a tiny bit it’ll be spot on. To tell you the truth I’m actually ok with it for now.

@mark_k They’re asking for accredited token users. Only people they deem worthy ($$$) will have get the most “risky” models so they can save us “unaware” users the burdens and pitfalls.
