I seriously wanna know the reason behind giving "27%" quota to OBC category, with GC left with only 35 % & THAT TOO NOT RESERVED for them.
If the reason is population ratio of OBCs then why not the population of GC is considered?

Divan: Any change in the current scheme can only be made by this court and neither by the State or central Govt and neither by any HC.

Since we are dealing with PG medical courses, this has to be minimal and based on merits.
