@CP24 what’s up with the fire in Queen West area at Richmond & Bathurst? Smoke everywhere and Richmond is closed from Portland to Bathurst - traffic being routed north and south at Portland. I’m in a condo and it smells like a bonfire inside.

@ZARA_Care I’m having a TIME getting a refund. Ordered 12 items; 3 showed up. Contacted delivery company - said they only had 1 box. Contacted Zara - told was on its way. Waited a few more days. Called Zara again - told the 2nd box was lost and I’d be refunded Wednesday.

@ZARA_Care frustrated I can’t send correspondence from delivery company via email. I’m sure it would help resolve this issue. Feels like every week I have to start over with a new Zara rep, and I’m no closer to being helped or reimbursed. I am not confident in this process.

@ZARA_Care today I got an email with a screenshot of the delivery slip and basically a blow off on the refund. THE DELIVERY SLIP DOESN’T SHOW HOW MANY BOXES. And YES there’s a delivery slip. Because I got 3 items. BUT THERES 9 LOST THINGS VALUED AT $217.19. I’m frustrated!!! Help
