@newlook so upset that you guys have used a delivery company as terrible as @YodelOnline. I ordered clothes next day delivery so I had them in time for NYE, they were delivered to a random address somewhere and now I have nothing to wear! Devastated. ๐
Absolutely no help whatsoever from staff in the airport. We have cars booked in at Luton that run out at 3am. When will we be offered food or drink vouchers? Thanks so much.
@easyJet Hello, our flight EZY2242 is delayed by more than 3 hours. We are a group of 10 at split airport, travelling with a pregnant lady, and people with food allergies. We have had no information regarding what is happening. Please advise what we are expected to do.
@Hermesparcels One of your delivery drivers has made me feel extremely uncomfortable this morning. Demanding aggressively that I open my door so that he could photograph his parcel after I explained I couldnโt as I was in my underwear. Unnecessary and distasteful behaviour.
Weโve been here almost a week, and he has been kept in this tiny crate the whole time.
