@PublicMobile It seems like every system I could try to self serve and use failed me today. I could understand one or two systems failing, but 4 or 5? There's something seriously wrong with your customer/user experience here.
@PublicMobile what is up with your online system? Iโm trying to login and confirm my identity but the system keeps refusing me even though the 2FA is correct. I canโt get access to my account, your support is severely lacking, and the chatbot wonโt connect me to a human beingโฆ
@PublicMobile Ok, I've submitted a ticket. Hopefully I'm talking to a human at the other end of this conversation. I'd like to pass along the feedback that the chatbot on the website was 0% helpful and this whole experience with trying to get access to this account is extremely frustrating.
@ohryan I see you got SportChek as a suggestion. Thatโs where Iโd go. Running tights are good. Or thereโs joggers that work well too. I bought some comfy joggers from American eagle.

@ohryan@underscorefunk No. These are two different things. When I pick up my daughter from her friends house, sheโs lit up, happy, full of energy. Tell her to get off a screen, sheโs low, rude, grumpy.
@ohryan Trackpads aren't all that ergonomic either... Aesthetics and ergonomics often seem like opposing forces. The VERY ergonomic stuff often looks like turds. The VERY aesthetic stuff often is uncomfortable. HM Aeron might be one of the few exceptions I can think of.
Startups often think their competitors are other companies offering a similar service as them. In my experience their real competitors are more likely going to be spreadsheets, email, calendars, browser tabs and note taking apps.
@littlebluerobot I like how Simon Sinek talks about this. What youโre describing is management. Some leaders are managers. Managers have authority, but theyโre not necessarily leaders. Leader are people that we want to follow. The people you describe who arenโt public figures, theyโre leaders.
