Worst experience with British airways today. We booked a premium economy flight for my son from London to Auckland via Vancouver.On arrival at the desk we came to know that they down graded the ticket from premium economy to economy!!! This is totally atrocious

Had an amazing time attending Bread making course @riverfordFK Our trainer chef was great. My baked recipes turned out to be so much nicer than my imagination. Met wonderful fellow delegates too and the highlight was having pizza created during the session in the garden
