@AirtelNigeria has resolved my Internet throttling issue and offered compensation. So this matter has been settled and the case has been closed.

I made a public post last weekend in this regard as well as a mail, that I copied @NgComCommission and other federal bodies involved in the resolution of this case

I trusted Airtel. For 5 months, I paid for 50Mbps. What did I get? 0.5Mbps – slower than dial‑up in the 90s.
They ignored my calls, my DMs, my emails. Then they lied publicly. Then they fabricated my data usage to avoid paying me.
This is not a service failure. This is calculated theft.

After 6 months, @AirtelNigeria finally fixed my internet and compensated me. It doesn’t erase the gigs I lost or the stress, but my speed and work life are back.

So here is my final, public demand to @AirtelNigeria:
Refund every kobo I paid for January 2026 – April 2026 (5 months of 50Mbps plan). Add 1 extra month as penalty for the fabricated logs.
That is fair. That is what the law requires. You have 48 hours to respond with a written offer.
