With almost every neighbouring country starting to include origin players, it will become very difficult for Indian football team to compete even in SAFF region in the near future. Concerning!

The Centre will never allow PIOs to represent India in sporting competitions. The rules are very clear. Anyone who wants to represent India must obtain an Indian passport. India does not allow dual passports.
🚨 EXCL: Sports Ministry has sent a Sports Passport proposal to the PMO that could allow eligible PIO/OCI athletes to represent India. https://t.co/Ba4DPSGcCt
The move could impact football, basketball & tennis as India eyes improved performances on the global stage and prepares its bid for the 2036 Olympics. 🇮🇳

Couldn’t win today. But very happy with the lessons learned this week. First @ATPChallenger final! We keep working! Flying to next tournament tonight #Forza
Manas Dhamne made it to his maiden CH Final, with a solid win over Ghibaudo in SFs. Dhamne looked consistent from the baseline, BH looked lethal, and used his variations quite often, which was effective. Even though he needs to strengthen his shotmaking, he went for his shots and angles, which were pretty solid today.
One of the better performances from Dhamne in his career so far. He is the first Indian to make it to a CH Final since Nagal's Perugia run in 2024. He will face Butvilas/Gadamauri in the Final.
