It has just been inferred to me by @bmwcanada that #BMW ownership experience is supposed to be inferior to #Mercedes. So made a huge mistake switching from #Mercedes to #BMW. Buyer beware, they just don’t care about owners. Just sell & forget. Zero #CustomerExperience.
Ordered new @Bell fibre internet. Guy comes, puts the cable hands over modem and walks away. I connect the modem and get Error 1202. Discuss with customer care for 3 hours!!! No resolution. So no internet at all. So totally at the mercy of Bell. Absolutely horrendous. Horrible!
#Driving in the streets of @cityoftoronto is like playing #MarioKart with potholes instead of turtles. The only difference being, the potholes can knock you out & there is no defence. What say you @oliviachow, @MayorOfToronto? Are you trying to fund the vehicle repair businesses?
@bmwcanada I have just been informed that rattling noise coming from inside the front passenger door of my 2024 X3 will not be covered by Warranty. The vehicle is only 18 months old. Mercedes covered my GLC for rattles & squeaks thruout warranty period. Are you a luxury brand??
@Tablesalt13 Unfortunately we have a PM who has fought with the leaders of the next two largest markets in the world due to his own ego. Canada can’t even sell to China & India due to this PM. Need #elections now.
@MahajanImaging pathetic way to make 81 yr old widow to come physically to the location for estimate for TAVI protocol CT, but refuse to send approval to ECHS via online protocol. My mother expected to run around for approval which can be taken online. Money over patients.
@BoschHomeCanada , @BoschGlobal please improve #CustomerService for loyal customers. All my kitchen appliances are Bosch, but your service team refuses to help when the microwave fails due to exact same issue repeatedly.
I am being given a runaround by @Rogers. The #customerservice is pathetic. Trying to get a service with them is like hitting your head on the wall. Time to break-up these monopolies.
Just an update, it gets even worse, apparently there was $2.61 outstanding from a 2019 account which was written off by @Rogers but not updated in their system. So my account is now frozen in terms of adding any more services 😤. Pathetic service.
@Rogers worst ever service. Trying to get a new line with iPhone 15 Pro Max, but there seems to be an issue with my account for credit b’coz apparently @Rogers forgot to charge credit card on file once. The late charge was refunded but seems my account is not updated. Horrible!!
