A colleague asked about my Dukes. After which he claimed it looked like Tux, turns out that Tux was "invented" 5 years later.
I could trace back Duke's first appearance to the demo of Star7 in 1991 by the one and only @errcraft

@jlengrand @MaritvanDijk77 Yes, this is so important and forgotten often. The best and hardest training is the slow training (Balance is key). Running at your maximum is usually even counterproductive.
