@IncomeTaxIndia @FinMinIndia Form 41 must be filed online to avail benefit of DTAA, but many NR are facing issues while registering and filing Form 41 on IT portal as they are not receiving Mobile OTP on foreign mobile no. Pls do away with mobile OTP verification in such cases

To address the prevailing anxiety, least CBDT can do is to immediately announce the deferment of implementation from July 1 to September 30 !
