Look how badly this semi-literate trashcan gets caught in his own logical trap. This is what happens when you’re weak on facts and have no first principles & your only claim to fame is working on a propaganda channel that’s known to peddle BS.
@RakeshK32229480 Bhai ive hearing this since my childhood. Kitna bhi hum bolte rahe. Koi nahi sunega. BJP has done absolutely nothing when it comes to these government institutions.
@akleghari Why dont you ask daddy china to give you some water? Or daddy US? Literally no ones cares about you apart from being a use and throw cheap toilet paper
India doesn't lack talented architects, but it severely lacks the willingness to invest in architecture. A skyline shaped by cost-cutting will never produce world famous iconic buildings to attract global investments.
The government’s business is not to run a business. Its job is regulation, research and public welfare. Decades of PSUs prove the point: many survive not because they are efficient, but because taxpayers keep funding them. BSNL has got around ₹3.22 lakh crore in revival packages. In FY25, 63 operating CPSEs were still loss-making. Privatisation is not looting. It is letting competitive companies build faster while the state regulates and focuses on strategic work.
Slums don’t appear randomly. They happen when migration, job demand, high land prices, and lack of affordable housing move faster than city planning. Gujarat isn’t slum-free, but Ahmedabad and Surat have kept the percentage lower because newer areas are more planned, redevelopment has been faster, and housing/road projects have absorbed many informal settlements.
One thing I like about Gujarat cities is the lack of slums in newly developed areas.
Both ahmedabad and surat have one of the lowest number of people residing in slums in % wise .
