Growing @goavoai • ex-Apple/Microsoft/MongoDB • Founder @DevRelSquad_

[Megha Arora @devrelmegha]

🚀 Looking to connect with:

• B2B SaaS founders
• AI startups
• Developer tool founders
• DevRel teams
• Anyone growing through events or expanding into India 🇮🇳

Quick question:

What’s your biggest challenge with events today?

Finding the right audience
Increasing show-up rates
Follow-ups & lead conversion
Measuring real ROI

We’re building GoAvo[.]ai to solve exactly these problems.

I’d love to speak with 20 founders over the next week to understand what’s working, what’s broken, and what you wish existed.

Reply with 1, 2, 3, or 4 (or comment your own challenge). 👇

@GoAvoAI @devrelsquad_ 48% sounds low till u see that most events never find out their number. 11,008 people actually walked in. proud of this team 💚

[Megha Arora @devrelmegha]

@GoAvoAI @WTC_Goa @gccigoaindia @GlobalChamber @GIBFbiz @Vibrant_Goa Most deals at a summit happen in the meeting after the session 😅 That's why I like how VGGBS is set up: 3 days built around curated B2B meetings. Who's heading to Goa end of Oct? 👀

[Megha Arora @devrelmegha]

@GoAvoAI @thebigblind_ @incubex_india If there's a problem u haven't said out loud to anyone yet, then this is the hot seat for you. Bengaluru, see u at Incubex HSR tomorrow

[Megha Arora @devrelmegha]

@GoAvoAI @stripe @React_Hyderabad @pdorna Quick poll before tomorrow: when did u last raise your price? 👀 If the answer is "never", Owning Your Worth is 10 AM at Phoenix Equinox. Free, 100 seats.

[Megha Arora @devrelmegha]

@shreyacasmalert Much called for

[Megha Arora @devrelmegha]

Okay… this is getting interesting. 😬

Dario: we need to slow down.

Sam: agrees + says OpenAI has been discussing this for weeks.

Elon: “Dario is right.”

When the people racing hardest to build frontier AI suddenly start saying the same thing. 🤷🏻‍♀️

what changed? 👀

[Dario Amodei @DarioAmodei]

We Must Pace the Frontier: I’ve written a new essay on why the AI industry should slow down, with a three-part plan for doing so.

Anthropic is unilaterally committing to the first of these steps. We’ll provide third-party evaluators with permanent, employee-level access to our systems, so that they can verify adherence to our safety measures, report on incidents, and assess models’ alignment during training.

Can your startup answer an enterprise privacy + security questionnaire without a 3-day scramble?

The DPDP Rules are notified. Privacy by Design 2026 is for founders who want the operating plan before a customer, investor or enterprise buyer forces the question.

Tomorrow I’m doing something I’ve never done before:

Speaking to 8–16 year olds about Building for the Right Customer.

I’ve addressed founders, developers & professionals.

But this audience?

Nervous. BIG TIME. 😂

Maybe the ultimate test of knowing your subject is being able to explain it to an 8-year-old.

Challenge accepted. 🧡

[Megha Arora @devrelmegha]

Not everyone is going to change their logo to adopt your bsp @AiSensy_wa

When you have so much work that you don’t get time to build during the day and you start at 11 pm and deploy at 4:50 am!
But you still feel so pumped up about it 🫶

Happened with anyone? 🥑🙈🫶

@SankalpaSarkar @themastersunion @GoAvoAI Love this

[Megha Arora @devrelmegha]

I fired most of the team. A few people left. Then I rebuilt and revamped GoAvo almost entirely on my own—and made it significantly better.

It turned out to be for the best.

Now an ex-Google engineer is joining us. 💚

Never underestimate a woman in her rebuilding era. 🚀
