@taylorotwell @Dela__A @laravelphp I feel the what jobs are basically by product of action on controller, which can change based on business need. More maintainable way would be to fire event and listen to it.

It may seems complex a bit, but quite maintainable and scalable solution.

@iamireneyu I am working with a product owner who is really good at writing sql queries, and this help us a lot, been a domain expert and sql knowledge he able to pinpoint problems or provide suggestion which are more relevant.I would say some degree of technical tool knowledge is a big plus

@iamireneyu You are right learning coding might wont help them, however knowledge about algorithms, or data structure or even database,
help a product owner to understand the application from a technical perspective.
