@panosmek You hear about people sending funds to a bad wallet address by accident and then those are lost funds. I assume this can happen on XRPL? This could help with this issue by validating that wallet address exists and maybe even provide other metadata to help user confidence
🚨BREAKING: The @AP has just called the Massachusetts Republican primary race early with @JohnEDeaton1 as the winner, streets ahead of both @BobForSenateMA and @ichuckcain.
Deaton will go head to head with @SenWarren in November.

Three years ago I sued the @SECGov because of the incredible harm it was causing regular, hard working people. Going against the government wasn’t about a specific cryptocurrency - it was much larger than that. Although I owned significantly more in #Bitcoin I got labeled the #XRP Attorney. The truth is, at the time, I personally owned very little #XRP. But the underlying asset wasn’t the point. I fought back because what the government did was legally and morally wrong. In fact, a federal judge, presiding over the case, said it best: unelected bureaucrats, like @GaryGensler, motivated by an agenda, set by career politicians, like @ewarren, “lack faithful allegiance to the law.” Senator Warren proved this statement to be true when she suggested the SEC not follow the ruling handed down by the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia regarding the #Bitcoin Spot ETF.
I got involved in the #XRP case because the SEC was causing irreparable harm to the very people it’s supposed to protect - individual retail investors. These aren’t hedge funds or billionaire investors. The people being hurt were users, developers and small investors. I did it pro bono because, for the last two decades, I’ve had the honor of representing hard working families from across the Commonwealth against major corporations and insurance companies and I’ve been blessed. Quite honestly, justice is a much greater motivator than money.
I’ve been fighting for the little guy my whole life and I’ll never stop. In the video below, I talk about how 75 thousand individual investors from around the world joined me. We made a difference because the judge agreed with us. Part of those 75 thousand people included 627 crypto users, developers, and investors from Massachusetts. Because Senator Warren sits on the Banking Committee (which oversees the SEC), and considering she claims to fight for the little guy, I reached out to her office on behalf of her 627 constituents, all “little guys.” I couldn’t even get a meeting with a low level staffer.
Considering it involved the federal agency she oversees, why wouldn’t @ewarren, or anyone from her office, help 627 of her very own constituents? 1/2
@panosmek@AnodosFinance Thanks! I was wondering if I could help with updating them in git PR (once I understood) but sounds like you all have it under control! 🙂
It’s Real & Not a Conspiracy
🔴 The government with private actors such as Vitalik & Lubin discredited & tried to imprison me to cover up this exact issue. My life was destroyed because I knew too much. I plan to hold people accountable & anyone I find was involved is on my legal radar.
🔴 This was not a conspiracy. Red herring arguments are blurring the real issue. Joe bribing an official is too simplistic. This was a comprehensive plan of government & private actors with an alignment of corrupt interests. No need to bribe anyone. Everyone just did things that were either conflicted or outright illegal to benefit. Clayton & Hinman hypocritical & disgusting about-faces putting million in their pockets is in your face. Bribes are red herring distraction & personally infuriating if it discredits me. End it!
🔴 Let’s set the record straight. The “DAO Report”, “Free Pass” & going after Ripple were part of a much bigger plan. As for Ripple the government, banks, ConsenSys & Ethereum all wanted to replace it but couldn’t catch them in a fair fight so they had to do the DAO Report, free pass & the lawsuit. This was much bigger than one goal of Ethereum versus Ripple.
🔴 What was the overall objective? Having control over a protocol the government blessed as decentralized but controlled by a few parties to serve the needs of all involved. Ultimately government & banks get one main protocol which they pretend is decentralized, permissionless & public but in fact had players like Lubin & Vitalik that would do what they wanted as it was concentrated & controlled both effectively & actually.
🔴 Beyond the government, it served the needs of massive frauds committed through Token Foundry & untold other parts of crypto which is beyond the scope of this but it’s on chain so people can figure it out. The main reason they haven’t “figured it out” is because almost everyone is being paid to distract “look over there”. In turn the government looked the other way while they committed massive fraud. At the same time many of these actors such as Hinman & Clayton have become fabulously wealthy as a result of the corruption they led.
🔴 I REPEAT: VITALIK & LUBIN COULD NOT HAVE BELIEVED ETHEREUM WAS DECENTRALIZED AT THE TIME OF THE HINMAN SPEECH. 🔴
🔴 Why is anyone concerned about Ethereum if Lubin & Vitalik are held accountable if it’s decentralized unless they know it’s not. If Satoshi showed up & was arrested nobody would care.
🔴 They also turned Vitalik into a false prophet who has accomplished nothing but to distract the public from the fraud. You heard how lost he & Lubin were on the recordings. My advice which proved to be dead on target years later but Vitalik went to China & Lubin used his limited IQ bandwidth to copy my invention to churn out untold fraudulent ICOs.
🔴 Why have they done nothing with Ethereum? Simple. It’s more profitable to “pretend” to build an ecosystem while committing massive frauds then create DAPPs people will use. Look at the track records of all the ICOs. They profited untold billions but achieved nothing. These are facts. Public got fleeced & they profited while most projects just died off. Rinse & repeat.
🔴 My false SEC led prosecution with DOJ & FBI mirrored events in these efforts & by the same people. Why? Because I was the one person who could unravel at least the free pass. Some involved Clayton, Hinman, Marc Berger, Valerie Szczepanik, Jon Daniels, Jon Enright, Marc Bini, Andrey Spektor, S/A Jordan Anderson, S/A Andrew Cropshor.
🔴 And my alleged co-conspirator, “government agent” Michael Hlady.
🔴 Look at what I just accused above. If it’s false surely someone will come after me? They won’t bc it would be legal destruction for them. This is proof.

[1/🧵] A new major breaking change is on its way to the XRPL ecosystem in the shape of yet another rippled version update.
If all goes as planned, this new version will be available to all node operators by November 13, 2023
Let me introduce you to rippled v2.0.0 👇
🚨NEW: @elliptic, the firm that the Wall Street Journal cited for some of the data used in its article entitled “Hamas Militants Behind Israel Attack Raised Millions in Crypto” and which @SenWarren used in her recent letter to top security officials, says there is NO evidence to support the assertion that Hamas has received significant volumes of crypto donations.
They also say they have engaged with the WSJ and Senator Warren’s office to “correct misinterpretations” and “ensure that the relevant parties have a proper appreciation of the complexities and nuances of analyzing these wallets.”

~20% of US Congress signed a letter based on incorrect facts. Elliptic just corrected the facts. Will @WSJ & the ~20% of Congress correct their statements now?
@nic_carter, thank you for demanding truth here, and holding power accountable for misstatements of fact 🙏
