@sony_india 12 days gone. My ₹1.31L Bravia 5 65" (65XR55A) is still lying packed exactly like this because remote sensor was dead on installation day.
NCH Docket 8269218 already filed.
This is how we are "watching TV" in 2025.
Please replace it immediately.
