@zomato @FCI_India ordered food from Zomato and received stale food and on complaining Zomato said that they can't do anything. Who is responsible for the quality of food ordered from you and how and qhom to complaint. It caused food poisoning in 30 mins for the one bite i took.

@zomato Its very aweful that you guys don't respond to orders from restaurant serving poor quality of food which will cause food poisoning. Hope you act immediately or ask the concerned owner of restaurant to have the food in front of everyone.

During these times malpractice by agencies are common. Kindly look into it.

@VidaDotWorld @HeroMotoCorp Seeing the helplessness of Vida Customer Care to directly intervene to poor & delayed service by Service Centers is pity.
Hope in future Vida will avail direct intervention in services.
For now Calling customer care and getting help directly is poor

Don't buy any Hero Vida Veichle . It's stopping abruptly on middle of road causing accidents and even have heard that some casualties have happened recently . Also they are very poor in providing service @Vidaworld @MORTHIndia @nitin_gadkari

She told me that I can do the above after 3 months but when I questioned abt the terms & condition mentioned in loan agreement she told me that it's just formality.
Later when I enquired in customer care they told what was written in agreement
