Intersectionality is the informal structure of personal understanding or analysis. It is not applicable to problem solving and legal mens rea for example are situational. Black Americans have spent decades understanding stratification in relation to shadeism not “classism” myths. Eugenics theories and white women clothing are segregationist and white nationalist not legitimized “classism”.
