Reporting an issue at an Indian Oil petrol pump near my home.
The air-filling staff asks/begs for money, putting customers in an awkward spot. Tips should be voluntary. If denied, the staff curses, makes rude faces, and behaves unprofessionally.
4/5 Even worse, I’ve had to chase them for updates constantly. Despite my repeated efforts, I haven’t received a single proactive call or clear answer. This is not the Samsung experience I expected.
3/5 Why should a brand-new device need to be sent away to confirm visible defects? This process has been emotionally draining and incredibly frustrating. I paid for a perfect device, not endless delays.
2/5 After noticing these issues, I contacted the store the next morning. Since then, I’ve made multiple calls and visits with no real solution, just vague promises. I’ve now left the phone with them, but they say it may need to be "sent for inspection."
@SamsungIndia I bought a new #GalaxyF55 from an official Samsung Store on Nov 3, only to find scratches & dents. After multiple visits & calls, no real help—why should a brand-new phone need to be "sent in" for visible defects? The frustration & inconvenience are too much.
