His whole shtick is being a martyr. He basks in victimhood. Convicting and imprisoning him will only cement his image as a victim of the "deep state."

And the worst part of it is that he'll get no punishment for his most egregious offense: Ripping asylum-seeking families apart and throwing children in cages.

The reason he wasn't impeached or charged for that crime is simple: Obama and Biden would be culpable too.
