The interesting thing about tokenized stocks isn't the word “tokenized.”
It's what happens when a traditional financial asset gets internet-native infrastructure.
There's a lot happening in tokenization right now. But we're less interested in talking about the hype.
We're interested in building the product people actually use.
That's the opportunity we're building around.
What if you could borrow money against your Dangote Refinery shares without selling them?
Say you own 100 shares.
Normally, if you need cash, your options are simple, sell the shares or leave them untouched.
Now imagine those shares existed as tokens and a lender accepted them as collateral.
You keep your Dangote position and get access to liquidity.
Trade it. Hold it. Borrow against it.
That’s where tokenized stocks get interesting.
We're in. Our team is at the Stacstart Hackathon building something BIG a real solution for a real African problem. Watch this space. #BuildWithStacStart@stacstart
Huge moment pitching FundX to Quai and Blockfuse today 🙏
Didn't just want to show a product wanted to show why it matters. Thank you for listening.

Did you know?
Our Cohort III registration pulled in 400+ applications for a 100% FREE Web3 bootcamp. We had to build a system around demand we didn't even expect when we started. 😂
This one still makes me smile 😂
One of our learners, Promise Obi, came into Blockfuse Labs knowing basically Microsoft Word; he is currently an intern with the Blockfuse Labs Engineering Team. His journey later became one of the stories we publicly shared while recruiting Cohort V. This is why I always say talent can come from anywhere if people are given the environment to grow.
Blockfuse At Two
Did you know?
Blockfuse Labs officially opened its HQ in August 2024, and almost immediately, the space was already being prepared for an Onchain Builders Meetup and a Web2-for-Web3 Preparatory Bootcamp. We really didn't give ourselves time to rest after opening. 😂
Fun fact:
That early Onchain Builders Meetup later brought together 81 attendees, with AyaHQ, The Graph, EthJos and Blockfuse Labs involved — including technical workshops and up to $500 in bounties

Jos people, this one is for us 😂
When @ethereum turned 10 years old, we celebrated at Blockfuse Labs in Jos. The event had 219 people registered/attending on Luma, with talks, community stories, onchain games, trivia, NFT displays and the global Ethereum broadcast.
Blockfuse At Two
August wasn’t supposed to mean anything until Blockfuse Labs was born.
Today, we are 2 years old.
Blockfuse Labs was born in August 2024.
And since then, August has stopped being just the 8th chapter of the year for me.
It became Chapter One.
The month a crazy idea started making sense.
The month we stopped talking about what we could build and actually started building.
We started in Jos.
No big funding.
No perfect blueprint.
No guarantee that any of this would work.
Just code, conviction, community, and a stubborn belief that something meaningful could be built from here.
Two years later, I look back and sometimes wonder how we got here this fast.
We’ve trained hundreds of developers.
We’ve watched people walk into Blockfuse Labs with little or no experience and grow into engineers building real products.
We’ve competed and won on global stages.
We’ve worked with and been welcomed into ecosystems we once admired from a distance.
We’ve built products, supported founders, hosted builders, created opportunities, made mistakes, learned, adjusted, and kept moving.
And most importantly, we’ve built a community.
A real one.
There were difficult days too.
Days when things didn’t go according to plan.
Days when resources were tight.
Days when the responsibility felt heavier than the excitement.
But we kept building.
That, for me, is what these two years represent.
Not perfection.
Progress.
From a crazy idea in Jos to something that now means something to hundreds of people.
And we are nowhere near done.
So today, I just want to say thank you.
To everyone who believed in Blockfuse Labs when there wasn’t much to believe in yet.
To our team.
Our students.
Our partners.
Our friends.
Our community.
And everyone who has opened a door, shared an opportunity, challenged us, supported us or simply told someone about what we are building.
Thank you.
Happy 2nd Anniversary to Blockfuse Labs. ❤️
Here’s to August.
Here’s to the next chapter.
Here’s to building louder, smarter and stronger.
Two years down.
We’re still just getting started.
What if sending money globally was as simple as sending a message?
No wallet addresses.
No seed phrases.
No P2P trader.
Just a phone number or username.
That's FundX. 🌍
@QuaiNetwork
You earn the money. Then a second job begins:
Find a trader. Trust a stranger. Wait. Hope the rate holds.
That's not how spending money should work.
We're building FundX to delete that second job entirely.
One job, not two.
